This deep bronze coloured 10% alc beer has been aged in a variety of ex spirit barrels for 7 months, and then blended back together prior to being hand bottled and labelled in the brewery. Bottle conditioned to a very slight carbonation ensures max flavour rests on the palate during drinking.
