Vegan Beers
All of our bottle and keg beers are vegan, cask beer on the other hand still contains finings derived from animals. We want to avoid confusion when customers buy our beer so please see the following descriptions to help you when you buy our beer.
- Cask Ale – currently not vegan. If you find our cask beer in pubs etc. it is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. However, if you are buying cask ale by the cask for a private event, we are able to fill casks that are vegan friendly. YOU NEED TO GIVE A LOT OF NOTICE TO ENABLE THIS TO HAPPEN, MONTHS NOT WEEKS. To avoid confusion between cask and keg, beer that is dispensed through a hand pull/pump, or by gravity straight from a tap connected to the container is cask ale.
- Keg Beer – Our keg beer is vegan friendly in any venues that you find it. To avoid confusion between cask and keg, keg is dispensed through a keg font using pressure, usually Co2, it has a higher level of carbonation (fizz) compared to cask beer, and is served chilled. On the bar the tap is small, like those you see lagers being served from. If in doubt ask the bar person.
- Bottles beer – All of our bottled products are vegan friendly.
